Living on the fringe of NYC I get the privilege or torture of having NY sports radio shoved down my thought 24/7 let me clue you all in on the most disrespectful thing being bandied around WFAN by its hosts and callers about our Patriots

They haven’t beaten anyone including us? (Us being The Giants)

Did the Pats win every game this season no not even close did they go 13-3? Hell yes. The Pats lost to then media darling The Young dumb and full of Run and Gun Bills. Back in week three in Buffalo the Bills managed to beat the Pats by a field goal. That at the time unbeaten Bills team was riding high and trying to plant a flag, and came up 3 points better on that day, Coming off a bye week a rolling Steelers team beat the Pats by a TD at home. I never liked that matchup for New England as much as the talking heads did but I did think the Pats should have won, we all know they didn’t. No shame in loosing to Pittsburg in their house.

Then came the Giants at home, this was shameful. Four turnovers in that game FOUR, two INT’s by Tommy Terrific, and then not being able to stop The Giants two min drill. Hey things happen. Brady and BB righted the ship after their first back to back losses in a century to win the next ten winning home field and a bye. Its not Brady’s fault he got to rip apart the Broncos again then beat a team that has given him more problems than any other in his career. But he did

   Now exactly who did the Giants beat to get here? Their regular season record was nothing to hang and frame over the mantel. Honestly you’re going to hang your hat on the greatness of beating the likes of Arizona St Luis, and Miami?  Losing to the Seahawks and the Eagles at home dropping another at home to GB then on the road to the Niners and a blow out at New Orleans not to mention both matchups to Washington.., NOLA GB and San-Fran are  all fine opponents the others eh not so much. When the playoffs rolled around The Giants shut down a below average offence in Atlanta and showed The Packers what happens when you clinch early and let your stars sit for three weeks.. Discount Double Choke. Taking them into the championship game at Candlestick Park with the Niners where the Vaunted Giants offence managed to rack up twenty points .Most of that coming off muffed punts. not as impressive as NY would lead you to believe

the Giants their fans and the NY media are all thinking and saying we dont belong here we have no answers for what they have to throw at the Patriots on either side of the ball.. i say Bull

Am I predicting a Patriots win ? Not yet, you’ll have to wait until my keys come out on Thursday. What I am saying is don’t question that this team deserves to be here NY. Show some RESPECT
